About seven years ago, I have set up a partnership business with a former colleague but the business did not prosper and we were not able to even get a break even from our investment. After seven years, I have decided to venture in another business but this time, I want to do it on my own and I do not want to start with the same process of starting from scratch. Good thing I was able to find a site where I can negotiate with a good business broker firm. The assistance a good business broker can not be underestimated. The business broker will conduct buyer searches and basically they coordinate all negotiation and provide deal structuring advice. All in all, I can just focus in running the first crucial months of the business sale process and let the business brokers take on the work of the entire process.
